This has been mine and my husbands doctors surgery for 21 years and we have always been treated well. All the doctors and nurses we have ever seen have been caring professionals, the receptionists are polite and efficient as are the dispensary team. We have never had a bad experience in all those years so that speaks volumes.
Always prompt same day appointments, pleasant staff and very professional, prescriptions always ready and the pharmacy always ready to help

Nothing but problem after problem with this surgery, everything is difficult and hard work, even something that should be easy, like asking for a repeat prescription! The times are limited and when the lines are open nobody answers, the reception and dispensary staff are rude, unprofessional and have the worst attitude and customer service skills I have ever had the misfortune to experience, they constantly hang up, transfer you when you have asked not to be, laugh with their colleagues whilst on the phone, lie, will not give you their names when asked and worst of all deny you your right to speak to the practice manager (Angela and Sarah)! This surgery has now left me no choice but to contact the health board, and if the same standards continue after my complaint then I will be moving myself and family to a professional practice
