I went for a job at this place the chef had me in the kitchen for 8 hours or more I worked very hard, it was my first day and he said he would call me for when I was going to work next but he never did I didn't even get paid and I never got that job, when I was in there I saw the kitchens were really dirty and the changing rooms or disgusting.The only place where its clean and tidy is where the customers are if you don't believe me take a look in that kitchen for yourself. I highly don't recommend coming here to eat or work will probably just use you when it's busy.
Staff are very helpful, they do make your stay as comfortable as they can and really look after you Breakfast is first class with a hearty full Welsh breakfast. Good quality food which does make the differenceOnly slight downside is it's not the best if you're disabled so recommend you make sure booking a ground floor room. Again though the staff do help massivelyRooms are nice and spacious but the shower pressure is poor. All in all I recommend this hotel as it's location is just out of the way but good access for getting out and about.
Stayed here with work, large, old fashioned bedrooms and huge beds! Spa is a little bit limited but okay. Food portions in the restaurant are huge, so watch what you order
I went here for a wake lunch after a relative's funeral and felt the calm, quiet and relaxed atmosphere was perfect. We were given a private room where we could relax and talk amongst ourselves without any interruptions and the staff were very kind.
Great hotel in a lovely area of North Wales. The hotel is quite outdated but the rooms are fairly large. Staff are excellent as is the food. The hotel grounds are fantastic and offer an lovely outside area for an evening beer. There are leisure facilities including a gym and pool.
