Mistook cancer for arthritis in my Beagle compounded by a callous attitude with me having to chase outcome of autopsy several times, her ashes in a box 'on the floor' which the staff couldn't find. Could have been disposed of, lost, trodden on. The surgery times are the most convenient around us otherwise would have gone to a competitor, still considering.
Always taken pets here and always got a good service. Only slight issue is there can be a que. Took my cat the other day at 5:30 and didn't leave until 6:50!
